One more week of UFC action in the UFC Apex, then the octagon is on the road for UFC 319. And, as is often the case for Fight Night cards in the Apex, we’ve got a blah middleweight main event. Slop. For my MMA Main Card Pick of the Week: UFC Vegas 109, I’ve got a winning play for a main card featherweight fight. Let’s go!

However, he’s still only 27 years old and has looked better up at featherweight than I originally expected him to.

For a bit there, the UFC was using ‘CeeRod’ as a prospect killer, but not this week, as Rodriguez is lined up against a grizzled veteran in Andre Fili, who he is 7.5 years younger than. Plus, Rodriguez is solid in all aspects of the sport, and I think he can be better than Fili wherever the fight takes them.

UFC Vegas 109 Main Card Pick: Christian Rodriguez ML (-240)

SGPN Daily Content for Aug 3rd, 2025

MLB NRFI & YRFI Picks

Underdog Fantasy Daily DFS Picks

Degens Only Play of the Day

Daily Best Bet

Prop of the Day

WNBA Best Bets

Don’t Forget About our Free Picks Pages Too!

NBA PICKS – UPDATED DAILY

COLLEGE BASKETBALL PICKS – THE PICKS POWERHOUSE

NHL PICKS – LET IT SLIDE

SOCCER PICKS – KICK IT ON THE PITCH

NASCAR PICKS – FEEL THE THUNDER

UFC PICKS – TAKE DOWN CORPORATE GAMBLING
