Max Verstappen finally knows who will feature in the main positions on his side of the Red Bull garage this season, following several key departures.<\/p>\n
Towards the end of last year, it was announced that three members of the Dutchman\u2019s team would leave.<\/p>\n
According to De Telegraaf, Verstappen\u2019s control engineer, Michael Manning, who departed following the conclusion of the 2025 campaign, has been replaced by Geoff Ayton.<\/p>\n
Ayton previously worked with Verstappen\u2019s teammates, but did briefly work with the four-time world champion last year when Manning was absent.<\/p>\n
Verstappen\u2019s former engine engineer, David Mart, has moved to Audi and will be replaced by a yet-to-be-named member of Red Bull\u2019s engine department.<\/p>\n
Performance engineer Tom Hart is also set to leave to join Williams, but will continue working for the Milton Keynes-based outfit for the time being.<\/p>\n
The 28-year-old also knows his new first mechanic, following Matt Caller\u2019s move to become chief mechanic at Audi.<\/p>\n
The position has remained within the Caller family, with Jon Caller\u2014Matt\u2019s twin brother\u2014taking over the role.<\/p>\n
It is a familiar face for Verstappen, with Jon having previously served as first mechanic on the other side of the Red Bull garage for Sergio Perez, Liam Lawson, and Yuki Tsunoda.<\/p>\n
