In the article, he advocates for the revival of the Presidential Fitness Test, a youth assessment program reinstated by President Donald Trump via executive order in August 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Writing about his own journey, Levesque recalled joining a gym at 14 years old while standing six feet tall and weighing \u201c130 pounds soaking wet\u201d. He described the experience as transformative, noting that working out \u201cilluminated a destination\u201d for his life.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m imploring you, and your kids, to start right now,\u201d Levesque wrote, citing a 270% increase in childhood obesity rates over the last 50 years. \u201cIt doesn\u2019t matter if you can\u2019t do a single pullup, pushup or sit-up. It matters if you try.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The initiative to restore the fitness test falls under the administration\u2019s broader \u201cMake America Healthy Again\u201d agenda, spearheaded by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F.
