The BBL finals schedule for 2026 \u2014 the 15th season of the T20 cricket competition \u2014 has been confirmed.<\/p>\n

The Sydney Sixers\u2019 hard-fought win on Sunday night ensured they qualified for another BBL finals series \u2014 and kept the Brisbane Heat out of the top four.<\/p>\n

It means venues for the first two finals matches have been confirmed, with all games to be held in Perth, Hobart and Sydney.<\/p>\n

WHEN IS THE BBL FINAL?<\/p>\n

The BBL15 finals series gets underway on Tuesday January 20 after the conclusion of the regular season.<\/p>\n

The 2026 BBL Final is scheduled for Sunday January 25.<\/p>\n

HOW THE BBL FINALS FORMAT WORKS<\/p>\n

The first four teams in the eight-team BBL competition qualify for finals.<\/p>\n

The winner of \u2018The Qualifier\u2019 progresses straight through to \u2018The Final\u2019, with that team also automatically earning hosting rights.<\/p>\n

The loser of the match, however, will then play the winner of \u2018The Knockout\u2019 in \u2018The Challenger\u2019. The loser of the \u2018The Knockout\u2019 is, well, knocked out from the title race.<\/p>\n
