Famed British political pundit Piers Morgan, 60, revealed Sunday he was hospitalized with a fractured femur and will need surgery after a painful fall on a \u201csmall step.\u201d<\/p>\n

The femur fracture was so bad that Morgan, a former columnist for The Post, needed hip replacement surgery that will leave him on crutches for about six weeks and unable to fly long distances for three months.<\/p>\n

Morgan said the nasty tumble took place at an unspecified London hotel restaurant and did not elaborate on the circumstances of his incident.<\/p>\n

He posted a photo of the X-Ray showing how he\u00a0fractured the neck of the femur.<\/p>\n

To show that he\u2019s not too bummed out about his\u00a0injuries, Morgan jokingly added: \u201cI blame Donald Trump.\u201d<\/p>\n

The British broadcaster, who runs the eponymous \u201cPiers Morgan Uncensored,\u201d has a lengthy history with President Trump that dates back to his days on \u201cCelebrity Apprentice,\u201d which he won in 2008<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Morgan has cultivated a friendly relationship with the Republican juggernaut, but has given\u00a0him tough interviews<\/a> in the past and espoused nuanced views about his policies.<\/p>\n

Morgan has vocally criticized Trump, accusing him of going \u201cmad\u201d during the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot, bashing the president\u2019s December 2025 post gloating over the deaths of Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele, and criticizing the administration\u2019s handling of the Epstein files.<\/p>\n
