Virginia \u201cGina\u201d Huynh, who once claimed that Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs had \u201cstomped on her stomach\u201d, suddenly feels that the disgraced music mogul is \u201cnot a danger\u201d to her or the community.<\/p>\n
In a plea endorsing Diddy’s appeal on bail<\/a>, Huynh wrote a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian in support of his release prior to the October 3 sentencing.<\/p>\n Gina Huynh was identified as \u201cVictim-3\u201d in the prosecution\u2019s indictment. We experienced ups and downs, and mistakes were made,\u201d but she said, \u201cHe was willing to acknowledge his mistakes and make better decisions in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n Huynh also claimed that Diddy has \u201cmade visible efforts to become a better person and to address the harm he had caused\u201d over the years.<\/p>\n She said Diddy had \u201cembodied an energy of love, patience and gentleness that was markedly different from his past behaviour\u201d by the time they broke up.<\/p>\n \u201cI am writing because I do not view Mr Combs as a danger to me or to the community,\u201d the ex said, adding that this was the rapper’s first criminal case.<\/p>\n She also claimed that Diddy, 55, has been \u201ccooperative, respectful and compliant\u201d throughout the investigation and court proceedings.<\/p>\n \u201cHe has substantial ties to his family and community, including children who depend on him for emotional and financial support,” Huynh said, while assuring the Court that if released, \u201cI believe Mr Combs will adhere to all conditions imposed and will not jeopardise his freedom or the well-being of his family.\u201d<\/p>\n Also Read | Sean Diddy Combs gets standing ovation from fellow inmates after court verdict<\/a>\u2018He kept hitting me\u2019: Gina Huynh in 2019<\/p>\n In a 2019 interview with controversial blogger Tasha K, Gina Huynh accused the hip-hop producer of abuse, and recalled that during their five-year relationship, Diddy \u201cstomped on [her] stomach really hard\u201d and \u201ctook the wind out of [her] breath.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI couldn\u2019t breathe. He kept hitting me. I was pleading with him, \u2018Can you just stop?
