<\/p>\nYet to play in an NRL Grand Final, the Gold Coast Titans are looking to rely on three sets of brothers to lead them into the next generation as they attempt to win their maiden NRL premiership.<\/p>\n
Failing to make the finals in the past four years, the Titans will be ushered into a new era this season as Josh Hannay takes over the head coaching reins and has wasted little time overseeing a mass clean-out of the club\u2019s roster.<\/p>\n

Headlined by the departures of try-scoring wizard Alofiana Khan-Pereira (Warriors), international veteran Kieran Foran (retirement) and former representative back-rower David Fifita (Rabbitohs), a total of 14 players have left the roster.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Lachlan Ilias, Max Feagai and Kurtis Morrin lead the new arrivals.<\/p>\n
However, Hannay will need to rely heavily on the next generation of players coming through the club\u2019s ranks as they aim to establish themselves as premiership contenders, as the future of captain Tino Fa\u2019asuamaleaui remains uncertain.<\/p>\n
Among these players are three sets of brothers: the Harrison twins (Isaac and Zane), the Fifita brothers (Jojo and Viliami) and the Bilish brothers (Ike and Jai).<\/p>\n
Compared to Queensland great Johnathan Thurston, Zane Harrison is among the best young playmakers in rugby league and was recently promoted to the club\u2019s Top 30 roster with the belief that he will make his debut this season.<\/p>\n
Not to be overshadowed, twin brother Isaac Harrison is also establishing himself as a valuable middle forward and is contracted on a multi-year deal.<\/p>\n
\u201cI want to hopefully bring success one day to the Titans and it being my home team, I couldn\u2019t think of anything better,\u201d Zane, a two-time Under-19s NSW Blues representative, told foxsports.com.au.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re both enjoying our footy and enjoying where we are at the moment. It\u2019s always been the dream to play NRL and if I were to do it with my twin as well, it\u2019d be something special.\u201d<\/p>\n

As the twins push towards their debuts in the coming seasons, Jojo Fifita is slowly entering the prime of his career and has notched up over 50 matches of first-grade experience for the club.<\/p>\n
Considered one of the best dual-code prospects during his younger years, the 22-year-old is coming off a solid campaign in 2025 in which he scored 11 tries in 17 matches, cementing his spot in the backline.<\/p>\n
The son of former Tongan rugby union international Pila Fifita, Jojo\u2019s younger brother Viliami Fifita is also at the Titans and spent the backend of last year training with the first-grade squad.<\/p>\n
Locked in until the end of 2029, the youngster is an exciting and mobile middle who plays in the forward pack and will be a member of the Future Titans academy in 2026 while he finishes the final year of his schooling.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy dad has probably been one of the biggest parts of my life. Without him, we wouldn\u2019t be here. His will to drive us in every aspect of the game and always wanting us to get better straight after games.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe would make us come home, run through the whole game and ask what we can improve on. Without him, I don\u2019t think we\u2019d be able to do anything.\u201d<\/p>\n
Also set to feature predominantly in Hannay\u2019s plans are Ike and Jai Bilish, who both play in the dummy-half role, with the older of the two (Jai) considered the club\u2019s long-term No.9.<\/p>\n
A high school standout, Jai is currently in his first pre-season with the Titans and is contracted until the end of 2028. <\/p>\n
