The McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team and Lando Norris came away successful from the prestigious Autosport Awards, hosted on 21 January in London. <\/p>\n
The McLaren team were awarded with the Team of the Year Award for the success in the Constructors\u2019 World Championship, clinched with a quarter of the season to go, and securing the Drivers’ World Championship, as voted by the fans.<\/p>\n
The team\u2019s MCL39 was crowned Competition Car of the Year in the fan vote, celebrating the incredible successful car created and run by the team, which secured more than half of the Grand Prix victories in 2025 alongside the double Championship.<\/p>\n
Ahead of the awards, it was confirmed that Lando Norris<\/a> would be given the inaugural Autosport Champion award.
