The Black and Whites have another transfer target on their radar.<\/p>\n

\"HullHull FC are interesting in signing Jake Arthur.<\/p>\n

Hull FC has turned their attention to Jake Arthur, and the Black and Whites are now considering a move for the NRL halfback.<\/p>\n

All Out Rugby League<\/a> revealed on Sunday that Arthur, the son of Leeds Rhinos head coach Brad, had been offered to clubs as his future in the NRL remains unclear.<\/p>\n

It has now emerged that the Black and Whites are interested in acquiring his services if a move to the Super League escalates in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n

Arthur is currently contracted to Newcastle Knights until the end of the season, and it’s unclear at this point whether he will land a new deal with the Knights or elsewhere in the NRL. As a result, his management has started testing the waters in the Super League.<\/p>\n

Hull FC<\/a> are after a halfback to bolster their squad. Attempts to sign Jock Madden didn’t come off after he signed a two-year contract with Wests Tigers, but they remain keen to add a playmaker, and Arthur is now a player of interest to them.<\/p>\n

An NRL Grand Finalist with Parramatta in 2022, the 22-year-old has made 27 appearances in the competition and been a regular in reserve grade.<\/p>\n

He currently tops the assist charts in the New South Wales Cup, having contributed 20 in 14 appearances and scoring three tries. He has made 64 appearances in the competition.<\/p>\n

Whether Arthur lands a new deal down under remains to be seen. That will inevitably be a deciding factor in whether he comes to Super League.<\/p>\n
