The Oscar winner, 88, has had a decadeslong career in Hollywood, amassing over 100 film credits.<\/p>\n
Now, reflecting back on the lengthy list of projects, Freeman can pinpoint a few favorites. <\/p>\n

\u201c\u2018Shawshank\u00a0Redemption\u2019 is one. I have to say that one,\u201d he told The Post at the LA screening of \u201cThe Gray House\u201d<\/a> on Thursday.<\/p>\n \u201c\u2018Driving Miss Daisy,\u2019 \u2018Lean on Me.\u2019 Those are the highlights, I think.\u201d<\/p>\n Freeman starred in \u201cDriving Miss Daisy\u201d in 1989 alongside Jessica Tandy, Dan Aykroyd and Patti LuPone. Page Six<\/p>\n \u201cDriving Miss Daisy\u201d went on to win for Best Picture at the 1990 Oscars and Tandy, who died in 1994, took home the trophy for Best Actress. <\/p>\n Freeman also starred in \u201cLean on Me\u201d in 1989 and \u201cShawshank Redemption\u201d in 1994. <\/p>\n Both Freeman and the crime drama were nominated at the 1995 Golden Globes and Oscars, but left empty-handed.<\/p>\n Years later, in 2004, he\u2019d go on to take home the Academy Award for his role as Eddie \u201cScrap-Iron\u201d Dupris in \u201cMillion Dollar Baby.\u201d<\/p>\n Morgan Freeman gets candid on his career while at \u201cThe Gray House\u201d carpet. It was a great story.\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s women that are our stars and that are driving this story,\u201d continued Freeman. \u201cThree women vying for the Union during the Civil War. Trying to imagine what that must have been like with them in Richmond, Virginia. It\u2019s a great sport for older adults. It\u2019s better than bocce ball.\u201d<\/p>\n Along with using a golf cart to get around the course, he still gets a good amount of exercise on the green.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve been given dispensation to take the cart into places where normally they would stop the cart. Age makes a difference,\u201d Freeman explained. \u201cSo I can get pretty close to the greens with the cart, but you still have to do a bit of walking. I\u2019ve got, everybody probably noticed by now, my right foot is kind of bum. It gives me a slight limp because of the ankle.
