RB Leipzig are fourth after a 3-0 win at bottom club Heidenheim. The visitors\u2019 three goals came in the space of eight second-half minutes. Ridle Baku broke the deadlock with a fine strike into the top corner in the 62nd minute, before Antonio Nusa and David Raum quickly made sure of victory.<\/p>\n
Bayer Leverkusen boosted their hopes of a top-four place as Lucas V\u00e1zquez scored the only goal at home to Werder Bremen. Third-placed Hoffenheim fought back to win at Eintracht Frankfurt with Max Moerstedt and Ozan Kabak both on target. Mainz climbed out of the bottom two with a 3-1 home win over Wolfsburg.<\/p>\n
In Serie A, Como boosted their hopes of a first-ever European qualification place as they thrashed Torino 6-0. Anastasios Douvikas struck twice for Cesc F\u00e0bregas\u2019 side, who move up to fifth in the table. Fiorentina\u2019s recent upturn in form stalled as they lost 2-1 at home to Cagliari, Marco Palestra scoring the decisive goal.<\/p>\n
In the big match in Spain on Saturday night, Real Madrid will seek to go top at least overnight with victory at third-placed Villarreal. Barcelona, who lead by only one point after last weekend\u2019s defeat at Real Sociedad, host Oviedo on Sunday.
