It was a family project.\u201d <\/p>\n The home is marketed via an expressions of interest campaign with Ray White Alliance agents James Devlin and Jason Atkinson.<\/p>\n It\u2019s been transformed inside and out<\/p>\n Standout features include a spectacular outdoor setup with a newly surfaced tennis court and viewing gazebo, pool with spa and stone feature edge, and expansive entertaining deck with a barbecue area.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Australian Open really inspired the blue court as a lot of courts seem to be that colour now.
