It was another enthralling weekend across the world’s top leagues, with Lyon’s Endrick and Inter Milan’s Federico Dimarco among a host of impressive performers.<\/p>\n

As always, we’ve used our internal rating system<\/a> to pick out a best XI from all the action. Here is our latest Team of the Week:<\/p>\n

Kayne van Oevelen<\/a> (FC Volendam) 8.6<\/p>\n

It was a sixth loss in seven league outings for Eredivisie strugglers FC Volendam<\/a> over the weekend, as Rick Kruys\u2019 side fell to a demoralising 2-0 defeat<\/a> at Ajax.<\/p>\n

Despite being on the losing side, Van Oevelen starred between the sticks for the Palingboeren, making 11 saves throughout the contest to keep the scoreline respectable.<\/p>\n

Defence<\/p>\n

Jonathan Clauss<\/a> (Nice) 8.9<\/p>\n

Clauss rose to the occasion in Nice<\/a>‘s 4-1 triumph<\/a> against Nantes, with the marauding right-back providing an excellent assist for Mohamed-Ali Cho’s early breakthrough.<\/p>\n

In addition to his attacking output, Clauss also won 91% of ground duels and made four key interceptions.<\/p>\n

Ozan Kabak<\/a> (Hoffenheim) 8.9<\/p>\n

Hoffenheim<\/a> continued their incredible form in the Bundesliga on Saturday afternoon, winning 3-1<\/a> away at Eintracht Frankfurt to consolidate their spot in the top three.<\/p>\n

Kabak was influential at both ends of the pitch for the visitors, with the Turkish centre-back heading home his second goal of the season on the hour mark, while he also made five clearances and won all four of his ground duels.<\/p>\n

Federico Dimarco<\/a> (Inter Milan) 9<\/p>\n

Faced with a two-goal deficit after a disastrous opening half-hour at home to Pisa, Inter<\/a> boss Cristian Chivu turned to Dimarco as the Nerazzurri looked to mount a comeback.<\/p>\n

The Italian made an immediate impact for the league leaders, setting up Lautaro Martinez with an inswinging delivery, before scoring a volley late in the second half to clinch a resounding victory<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Rodrigo Zalazar<\/a> (Braga) 9.2<\/p>\n

Zalazar was the standout performer for Braga<\/a> in Sunday’s 5-0 thrashing<\/a> of Alverca, as the Archbishops moved up to fourth in the Portuguese top flight.<\/p>\n

Not only did the Uruguayan bag his 15th goal of the campaign with a clinical strike into the bottom corner, but he\u00a0also registered an assist for Pau Victor, while completing 95% of his passes in the final third.<\/p>\n

Nadiem Amiri<\/a> (Mainz) 9.4<\/p>\n

Bundesliga strugglers Mainz<\/a> were trailing Wolfsburg when Amiri was substituted onto the pitch with 25 minutes remaining, and the German midfielder couldn\u2019t have dreamt of a better cameo from the bench.<\/p>\n

The 29-year-old quickly provided an assist for Phillip Tietz\u2019s leveller, before converting from the penalty spot in the closing stages to secure a crucial three points<\/a> for the 05ers.<\/p>\n

Gabriel Sara<\/a> (Galatasaray) 9.1<\/p>\n

Sara produced the goods for title-chasing Galatasaray<\/a> on Saturday evening, with the Brazilian netting twice in a hard-fought 3-1 win<\/a> at bottom-of-the-table Karagumruk.<\/p>\n

The playmaker broke the deadlock inside 30 seconds with a composed finish in the box, and then doubled his tally early in the second half, heading home from Roland Sallai’s delivery.<\/p>\n

Martin Baturina<\/a> (Como) 9.4<\/p>\n

Cesc Fabregas’ Como<\/a> continue to go from strength to strength, as a superb individual display from Baturina fired the Biancoblu to an eye-catching 6-0 triumph<\/a> at home to Torino.<\/p>\n

The Croatian registered a goal and an assist during his 68 minutes on the pitch, while coming out on top in all three of his ground duels.<\/p>\n

Attack<\/p>\n

Endrick<\/a> (Lyon) 9.6<\/p>\n

Endrick has enjoyed a spectacular start to his loan spell in France, with the Brazilian starring once again in Lyon<\/a>\u2019s emphatic 5-2 victory<\/a> at Metz.<\/p>\n

The forward found the net with two expertly taken strikes in the first half, before scoring from the spot late on to complete his first-ever senior hat-trick.<\/p>\n

In addition to his goals, Endrick also won 86% of ground duels and completed 75% of his dribbles, as the 19-year-old looks to force his way into Carlo Ancelotti\u2019s Brazil squad.<\/p>\n

Nene<\/a> (AFS) 9.6<\/p>\n

Rock-bottom AFS<\/a> earned just their fifth point of the Liga Portugal season, as they recovered from a three-goal deficit to snatch a thrilling draw<\/a> at Casa Pia.<\/p>\n

Veteran striker Nene proved age is just a number, with the 42-year-old coming off the bench to clinically dispatch a pair of penalties – doubling his goal tally for the campaign in the process.<\/p>\n

Nikola Krstovic<\/a> (Atalanta) 9.4<\/p>\n

Atalanta<\/a> forward Krstovic scored for the third successive match, with La Dea proving too strong for Parma in a one-sided Serie A triumph<\/a> on Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n

The Montenegrin international unselfishly set up Giacomo Raspadori for an easy tap-in before rounding off the scoring in stoppage time via a close-range rebound.<\/p>\n
