The Buffalo Bills <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nfl\/story\/_\/id\/47746216\/buffalo-bills-head-coach-joe-brady-why-next\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:promoted offensive coordinator Joe Brady to the top job,;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">promoted offensive coordinator Joe Brady to the top job,<\/a> opting to remain in-house after moving on from Sean McDermott.<\/p>\n<p>Brady spent one season at LSU and was a key architect behind the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/sports\/college-sports\/sec\/lsu\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Tigers;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Tigers<\/a>&#8216; historic national championship winning offense in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>LSU&#8217;s numbers were good enough to earn Brady a chance in the NFL and he left Baton Rouge to become the Carolina Panthers&#8217; OC. Brady didn&#8217;t last long in Carolina, but he landed on his feet as the Bills&#8217; QB coach, working with star Josh Allen.<\/p>\n<p>Brady worked his way up, eventually taking over as OC, and now, he&#8217;s the head coach. It was only a matter of time for Brady.
