Fans of global pop star Ed Sheeran will get the full British experience at Optus Stadium this weekend, with a taste of the singer\u2019s home served up to complement his stellar vocals.<\/p>\n

Peckish patrons can order The Sheeran \u2014 a plate-sized Yorkshire pudding wrap with sliced roast beef, mash potato and gravy.<\/p>\n

The bespoke menu item will be available at Pop up 101, Pop up East and South floor bars, with the venue\u2019s take on the savoury favourite priced at $25.<\/p>\n

Rock fans might recall a similar themed offering at AC\/DC\u2019s December shows last year, choosing between the \u2018Hells Bells fish taco\u2019, \u2018Shot down in flames\u2019 chicken wings, \u2018TNT Burger\u2019, and \u2018Highway to Hell\u2019 cheeseburger.<\/p>\n

Launching the Aussie leg of his Loop Tour in Perth, Sheeran, 34, will perform shows this Saturday and Sunday.<\/p>\n

He will be supported by Aussie acts Vance Joy and Mia Wray, as well as Irish supergroup BIIRD.<\/p>\n

Frontier Touring expects the Azizam singer to host crowds upwards of 55,000 for each concert, tipping 110,000 in total.<\/p>\n

Sheeran holds the record for the highest ticketed event in WA\u2019s history, with a staggering 73,092 flocking to Optus Stadium on March 12, 2023 for his sole outing in Perth during The Mathematics Tour.<\/p>\n

PerthNow understands Sheeran\u2019s decision to host two back-to-back shows instead of one mega performance akin to March 2023 does not reflect a lack of interest in the star, but rather an evolution of his stage configuration.<\/p>\n

Sheeran\u2019s historic 2023 show featured an in-the-round stage which offered fans a 360-degree view of the talent, which he will not be rolling out this time.<\/p>\n

While construction of his local set began on Wednesday, the singer has not yet publicly surfaced in Perth.<\/p>\n
