The Brisbane Broncos have confirmed their 20-man squad for the upcoming World Club Challenge against Hull Kingston Rovers, which will take place later this month.<\/p>\n

Aiming to become the first NRL team to win the WCC since the Roosters in 2020, the Broncos have named a star-studded squad that includes Adam Reynolds, Ezra Mam, Payne Haas, and 2025 Clive Churchill Medallist Reece Walsh.<\/p>\n

New recruits Aublix Tawha (Dolphins) and Grant Anderson (Storm) have also been named in the squad, but the club will be without back-rower Brendan Piakura after he picked up a minor injury during pre-season training.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe just want to try and get better,\u201d coach Michael Maguire said on SEN Radio in the lead-up to the clash.<\/p>\n

While Hull KR are yet to name their squad for the clash, former NRL players Peta Hiku, Oliver Gildart, Tyrone May, Sauaso Sue, Tom Amone and Karl Lawton are all in contention to play.<\/p>\n
