Brett Lee, the cricket legend from Australia, recently shared that he will now be calling Dubai<\/a> his home. Though grateful for the life he had built in Australia, the cricketer in an Instagram post explained why he chose to become a Dubai resident.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat began as a few trips for work has grown into something much bigger… Dubai is now home. New opportunities, great people, plenty of family time and a lifestyle that\u2019s pretty hard to beat. We\u2019ve honestly loved every minute of it,\u201d Brett Lee wrote.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe kids are thriving, the schools are fantastic, sport is everywhere, and it\u2019s the people you meet along the way that really make it. We\u2019ll always be proud to call Australia<\/a> home and I\u2019m so grateful for the life we\u2019ve built there. That will never change. But there\u2019s just something about Dubai. The energy, the ambition, the way anything feels possible,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n

The cricketer further added, \u201cIt\u2019s only been a short time, but we\u2019re really proud to call this place home for our next chapter. If you\u2019ve ever thought about coming here, even just once, I promise you it won\u2019t disappoint. Grateful for what\u2019s been and excited for what\u2019s ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n

He concluded the post with a series of pictures and videos<\/a>. The first picture shows the legendary cricketer posing against the backdrop of the Dubai skyline. In the next few photos, he is seen posing with various people, including Managing Director and Group CEO of Gargash Group, Shehab Gargash; Founder & Chairman of Danube Group, Rizwan Sajan; entrepreneur Adel Sajan; and director of Danube Properties, Dr Sana Sajan.<\/p>\n

One of the videos he shared shows him on a camel ride with his kids. The other clip is of him driving a car.<\/p>\n
