23-time Grand Slam winner Serena Williams<\/a>, 43, has returned to Instagram with a series of images<\/a> proving that the all-time tennis great is in perfect shape.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On Friday, Williams posted a video of herself returning volleys for the first time in quite some time. The instrumental for ‘Still D.R.E.’ cheerfully played in the background.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On Thursday, the former American tennis star posted pictures<\/a> of herself posing on a yacht in a stunning two-piece blue bikini. “Me and my girls\u2026 are out in the streets tonight. But we [are] starting here,” she captioned the post.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Last week, Williams showed off her impressive abs with a gym mirror selfie. “Working out and working on my angles,” she wrote to her over 18 million followers.<\/p>\n

In a recent interview with Women’s Health, Williams was asked about the importance of physical fitness to her daily life. “Fitness will always be a part of my life,” she admitted.<\/p>\n

Women’s Health followed up with a question about body image, especially in relation to Williams’ two children.<\/p>\n

“I’ve always been someone that felt like you have to just love who you are, and I’ve always felt that way,” she answered.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“I just try to be the best person I can be, and that’s all I try to do. And for my kids to see that\u2014that’s it.
