Golden Bachelor presenter Samantha Armytage has relisted her whitewashed Hyams beachfront cottage with agent Bradley Cocks, husband of designer Collette Dinnigan.<\/p>\n

The three-bedroom cottage at 29 Cyrus St fronting Jervis Bay appeared on realestate.com.au <\/a>on Friday with a guide of $2.95m-$3.1m in an expressions of interest campaign via Cocks, who now works from the Drew Lindsay Sotheby\u2019s International Realty office in Bowral.<\/p>\n

Cocks has been contacted for comment.<\/p>\n

Armytage, 49, had bought the cottage \u2014 on a 658sqm block and with water views from its upstairs balcony \u2014 for $1,765,000 in 2018, and then renovated it with a new roof.<\/p>\n

The former Sunrise co-host who left Channel 7 to host the Channel 9 dating show had previously listed her Hyams Beach cottage in 2023 with a $3.2m guide with another agent.<\/p>\n

But at the time there was little interest and it vanished from real estate portals in December 2024 following her break-up <\/a>with her husband of four years Richard Lavender.<\/p>\n

Its re-appearance with a more attractive guide a year later comes at a time that there are very few properties for sale in the popular village, so she may well nab a buyer.<\/p>\n

She was photographed at the Australian Open recently with The Block judge Darren Palmer, who also owns a property in Hyams Beach with his husband Olivier Duvillard, purchased in 2014 for a bargain $850k.<\/p>\n

He may well have advised her that now was a good time to list.<\/p>\n

Armytage told Sky News in December that she was feeling \u201cstrong, healthy, happy\u201d and was \u201cat a really nice time\u201d in her life.<\/p>\n

The report revealed that fans had gushed about her \u201cgorgeous\u201d appearance on Instagram and she said that she\u2019d been focusing on her health after a hip replacement operation.<\/p>\n

The star had been suffering from debilitating osteoarthritis in her right hip after she \u201ctore all the cartilage\u201d in a skiing accident 30 years ago.<\/p>\n

The cottage has been a popular holiday rental.<\/p>\n

The latest listing advises: \u201cPositioned on the tightly held Cyrus Street strip, 29 Cyrus Street, Hyams Beach presents a rare opportunity to secure a true beachside retreat in one of NSW\u2019s most sought-after coastal locations.\u201d<\/p>\n

It says the \u201cbeautifully welcoming three-bedroom, two-bathroom home captures sweeping, never-to-be-built-out views across the pristine waters of Jervis Bay\u201d.<\/p>\n

The master bedroom also has views over the bay.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s an attractive kitchen, dual living areas, and a \u201csun-kissed front deck ideal for morning coffee or sunset drinks overlooking the water\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe elevated position and forward building line enhance both the outlook and privacy,\u201d the listing says.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s a lock-up garage plus off-street parking for up to three vehicles.<\/p>\n

Armytage also owns a Rushcutters Bay apartment, bought as an investment for $1.5m in August, 2021.<\/p>\n

The Hyams Beach cottage was decked out with comfortable white couches, cane chairs and a black sign pointing to the beach.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a popular holiday rental attracting $1200 per night.<\/p>\n
