He responded with five points (three goals, two assists) in three games \u2014 and, more importantly, two game-winning goals against Metropolitan Division opponents.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-4\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-secondary my-f-1\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"5x\">On Feb. 3, Horvat delivered one of his best performances as an Islander, posting two goals and an assist \u2014 including the overtime winner \u2014 in a 5-4 victory over Pittsburgh. His third-period winner was his fifth game-winning goal of the season and the 600th point of his NHL career \u2014 just the second time in 12 seasons he\u2019s scored game-winners in back-to-back games.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-7\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-secondary my-f-1\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"66\">Through 44 games, Horvat leads the Islanders in goals (24), multi-goal games (5), and multi-point performances (12), placing him among the most productive Islanders scorers of the past three decades at this stage of a season.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-8\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-secondary my-f-1\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"69\">For the Islanders, Horvat\u2019s surge steadied a playoff push.
