Then came a 90-day tariff pause\u00a0\u2014\u00a0a temporary relief negotiated between Beijing and Washington. Business resumed almost overnight.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Now, as the pause approaches its August 12 deadline, factory owners face tough decisions. Should they ramp up production?\u00a0Find new markets?\u00a0Or hold back in fear of another tariff spike?<\/p>\n
