Since its announcement last year, the card has been the major talking point in MMA, with fighters clamoring for a spot on the event, and fans fantasy-booking the card. But soon, there will be no need for speculation as the UFC is about to have a plan for the event.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">On Tuesday, UFC CEO Dana White <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DUjnYUZlO08\/?igsh=YzUzb3VpdDV5a3pn\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">responded to a rumor<\/a> that Conor McGregor vs. Colby Covington was being planned for UFC White House, calling it \u201ctotal BS\u201d and revealing that the promotion is booking the event this week and should have their plans ironed out by the weekend.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup _1teeyfa8 ls9zuh1\">\u201cTotal BS\u2026\u2026. White House matchmaking meeting is tomorrow. Mick Maynard flying in tomorrow for it.
