Corpay, the global financial services company that has become a prominent sports sponsor, has extended its partnership with the Rugby Australia governing body.<\/p>\n

The multi-year renewal will see the company continue as the organisation\u2019s official foreign exchange payments partner.<\/p>\n

As part of the extension, Corpay Cross-Border will retain its role as an official partner of both the Australia men\u2019s (Wallabies) and women\u2019s (Wallaroos) teams.<\/p>\n

Rugby Australia will continue to utilise Corpay\u2019s currency risk management solutions and global payments platform.<\/p>\n

Corpay first partnered with Rugby Australia in 2023.<\/p>\n

Rugby Australia CEO Phil Waugh said: “We’re extremely pleased to continue to build on our partnership with Corpay Cross-Border with this multi-year extension.<\/p>\n

“As an organisation with global business dealings, Corpay Cross-Border provide a range of international financial solutions that are beneficial for Australian Rugby, and we look forward to continuing to work closely with them.”<\/p>\n

Over the past year, Corpay has announced a string of sports sponsorships across several major markets.<\/p>\n

Recent activity has seen the company add ice hockey\u2019s NHL and the International Tennis Federation to its portfolio, while also agreeing an extension with the SailGP series.<\/p>\n

Corpay has predominantly focused on the soccer industry, as a means of growing its brand, and has partnerships with Major League Soccer, Spanish giants\u00a0Real Madrid, English Premier League outfits\u00a0West Ham United, Manchester City, and Everton, and Italy\u2019s\u00a0AC Monza, while the firm\u2019s Fleetcor brand is\u00a0partnered with US side Atlanta United.<\/p>\n

Outside of soccer, Corpay has tie-ups with prominent organizations such as the\u00a0Ultimate Fighting Championship\u00a0(MMA),\u00a0World Triathlon,\u00a0LIV Golf,\u00a0World Athletics,\u00a0and World Aquatics.<\/p>\n
