EGGLESTON Motorsport has made public its first confirmed driver for the 2026 Dunlop Super2 Series, welcoming Bradi Owen<\/a> back for a second season.<\/p>\n

Owen fared well in Toyota 86s before enduring a tough 2025, in line with the broader Eggleston outfit\u2019s dip in fortunes.<\/p>\n

The best weekend of his rookie campaign proved to be the Adelaide closer, where he collected finishes of 12th and 13th.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe did struggle last year but coming back for the second year is important to try to make some gains and put all of the learnings from last year into practice,\u201d the 19-year-old told V8 Sleuth.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had options to go elsewhere if I wanted but honestly it didn\u2019t really feel right to leave after one year. I\u2019m confident in the team that if we get it right on the day that we\u2019re able to win.<\/p>\n

\u201cBen and Rachael (Eggleston) have put in a lot of effort over the off-season to make sure that everything is where it needs to be for this year.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re very competitive people and they want to win and do well just as much as I do.\u201d<\/p>\n

Owen will head into next week\u2019s Sydney round on the back of a two-day Winton test, where qualifying simulations were a core focus.<\/p>\n

The #88 Commodore driver has a clear target for his sophomore season.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just want to be consistently in the top 10,\u201d said Owen.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not really my learning year anymore, I\u2019ve had that, so I need to start to get some results.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s anticipated Eggleston Motorsport will field four cars at Sydney and beyond.<\/p>\n
