{"id":474838,"date":"2026-02-12T10:01:10","date_gmt":"2026-02-12T10:01:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/474838\/"},"modified":"2026-02-12T10:01:10","modified_gmt":"2026-02-12T10:01:10","slug":"zerobaseone-to-continue-as-five-member-act","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/474838\/","title":{"rendered":"Zerobaseone to continue as five-member act"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/1dbbbe61-87ab-45f9-a1ff-17e1303ea832.png\" style=\"height: auto; aspect-ratio: 1235 \/ 772; width: 100%\" alt=\"K-pop group Zerobaseone \/ Courtesy of WakeOne Entertainment\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"eager\" fetchpriority=\"high\"\/><\/p>\n<p>K-pop group Zerobaseone \/ Courtesy of WakeOne Entertainment<\/p>\n<p class=\"editor-p\">K-pop project boy group Zerobaseone will continue its activities as a five-member group, its management agency WakeOne announced Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"editor-p\">&#8220;Sung Han-bin, Kim Ji-woong, Seok Matthew, Kim Tae-rae and Park Gun-wook have decided to continue working together for a new season as Zerobaseone based on deep trust,&#8221; the agency said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"editor-p\">Four other members \u2014 Zhang Hao, Ricky, Kim Gyu-vin and Han Yu-jin \u2014 have terminated their project contracts and will prepare for new individual activities, the agency said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"editor-p\">&#8220;The company will support their future paths and ask fans to keep showing encouragement,&#8221; it added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"editor-p\">Formed through local music cable channel Mnet&#8217;s audition show &#8220;Boys Planet,&#8221; Zerobaseone debuted in July 2023 as a project group. The nine-member act quickly rose to fame, scoring six consecutive million-selling albums.<\/p>\n<p class=\"editor-p\">Initially launched as a 2 1\/2-year project, the group was expected to wind down activities in January 2026.
