A major win would also spur nearly a quarter of Aussies to get down on one knee, with 18 per cent of people in relationships saying scoring a jackpot would spark a marriage proposal.<\/p>\n

The new research also revealed what Aussies would first purchase after bagging a massive jackpot, with 58 per cent admitting they would use their winnings to venture on a dream holiday with their love.<\/p>\n
Despite the ongoing housing crisis hitting the nation, only 39 per cent of punters said they would purchase property with their mega prize.<\/p>\n
Nearly four in ten people dream of taking home a new set of wheels, while one in four Aussies would prefer to splurge on some high-end jewellery.<\/p>\n
The study comes ahead of a massive USA Power Lotto jackpot set to be drawn on Valentine\u2019s Day, with a gigantic prize of $543 million on offer for punters.<\/p>\n
The Lottery Office CEO Jaclyn Wood said an Aussie taking home the huge prize would make the ultimate love story.<\/p>\n
