{"id":477197,"date":"2026-02-13T11:19:09","date_gmt":"2026-02-13T11:19:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/477197\/"},"modified":"2026-02-13T11:19:09","modified_gmt":"2026-02-13T11:19:09","slug":"brisbane-kitchenhand-charged-with-attempting-to-kill-waitress-after-he-was-sacked","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/477197\/","title":{"rendered":"Brisbane kitchenhand charged with attempting to kill waitress after he was sacked"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A kitchenhand has been charged with attempted murder, after he allegedly tried to kill a waitress at a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.9news.com.au\/brisbane\" target=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"Brisbane\">Brisbane<\/a> leagues club, hours after he was sacked.<\/p>\n<p>Police say 33-year-old Cameron Clark was fired from the Easts Leagues Club in Coorparoo about 2pm yesterday for inappropriate behaviour towards a 20-year-old colleague.<\/p>\n<p>They allege he came back to the club just after 5pm with a carving knife, targeting and attacking the woman in a hallway.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/https:\/\/prod.static9.net.au\/fs\/a5e2354e-5d84-46e3-95cf-103c5462eb90.png\"   alt=\"\"\/>Cameron Clark is transported to hospital under police guard, after allegedly attempting to kill a waitress at Easts Leagues Club.
