One month ago, Tommy Fleetwood arrived at the Dubai Invitational looking like a different man. No, he didn\u2019t cut his luscious locks, nor did he shave his beard. But there was nary a Nike logo to be found on a single clothing item he was in<\/a>.<\/p>\n The thought at the time was that Fleetwood\u2019s contract with Nike must have been up, and his new sponsor must have been Lululemon, the brand he was donning in Dubai. Neither of those things were confirmed by Fleetwood himself.<\/p>\n RELATED:\u00a0Ryo Hisatsune jokes sake bombs are responsible for pulling off this PGA Tour first<\/a><\/p>\n On the opening day at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, where Fleetwood made his season debut on the PGA Tour, the Englishman rocked a hoodie with a Pebble Beach logo on it, plus a hat with a Pebble Beach logo on it, indicating he had raided the pro shop ahead of his opening round. After a first-round 67, he confirmed his time with Nike was done, and that he might just be in his logo-flexing era now.<\/p>\n \u201cOur contract [with Nike] was ending and it just turned out like we, you know, sort of didn\u2019t end up in a place where I\u2019m wearing Nike stuff this year,\u201d Fleetwood said. \u201cWho knows what\u2019s going to happen in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n So, no Lululemon, officially, yet. But for now Fleetwood seems perfectly content with going full Golf Burnerverse guy and showing off his collection. He even sported a special Augusta National Golf Club logo you can only find in the ANGC clubhouse in Dubai last month, too. Now that is a flex:<\/p>\n No new clothing sponsor for Tommy Fleetwood yet. Like I don\u2019t know, like I feel like I\u2019m a big golf fan,\u201d he said. \u201cI really like golf stuff, so it\u2019s quite nice to be wearing like Pebble Beach clothing. I mean, my kids would absolutely love this stuff so I feel pretty lucky to have it on.\u201d<\/p>\n The kids love it, and we\u2019re sure the fans love it as well. Nice to see even the best players in the world would wear this stuff if they weren\u2019t contractually obligated to wear something else.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s some amazing logos around the world and I also think they\u2019re just like memorable pieces,\u201d Fleetwood added. \u201cWhen you come to a special place.
