But Kevin Durant wasn\u2019t going to let it slide.<\/p>\n

ESPN NBA insider Shams Charania took part in Friday night\u2019s NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, and during the middle of the action, he was seen typing away on his phone.<\/p>\n

Durant, the 15-time All-Star, took to X, posting a photo of the news-breaker along with sharing his thoughts.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy goodness, have some respect @ShamsCharania<\/a> \u2026during the game??????????\u201d Durant wrote on his account.<\/p>\n

But the NBA reporter didn\u2019t just get shade from Durant.<\/p>\n

Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo, coaching one of the teams with his brothers, Thanasis and Alex, took a shot at Charania\u2019s playing abilities when discussing the contest with ESPN before the game.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know why it\u2019s not fair? \u2018Cause I have Shams on my team,\u201d Antetokounmpo said. \u201cHe cannot hoop. But everybody else can hoop. So in the offseason, we grab them as free agents.\u201d<\/p>\n

Whether or not Charania was a factor, Team Antetokounmpo knocked off the team led by actor Anthony Anderson, 65-58.<\/p>\n

Actor Rome Flynn, known for his role in the \u201cHow to Get Away with Murder\u201d TV series, scored 17 points to claim his second straight celebrity All-Star MVP.<\/p>\n

And, for what it\u2019s worth, Charania did not post to X during the contest.
