Bill Maher fumed Friday at President Donald Trump<\/a> and the Environmental Protection Agency over an aggressive administration move aimed at rolling back climate change regulations.<\/p>\n

\u201cTrump has always said it\u2019s a hoax, the whole thing with climate change,\u201d Maher said on \u201cReal Time.\u201d \u201cHe said, scientists, he says, are \u2018stupid people.\u2019 He says, the idea that greenhouse gases cause climate change, there\u2019s no basis in fact.\u201d<\/p>\n

The comedian quipped<\/a>, \u201cHe thinks it\u2019s just some bullshit that people made up out of nothing to get rich. You know, like crypto.\u201d<\/p>\n

The day before, the Trump administration rescinded a 2009 EPA finding<\/a> that stated carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases pose a danger to public health. The finding was the legal underpinning of almost all climate regulations for power plants, vehicles and other sources of pollution.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd, yes, his EPA director, Lee Zeldin, said this is the single, this is a quote<\/a>, \u2018single largest deregulatory action in American history,\u2019 Maher said. \u201cProbably true. Also the biggest dick move in American history.\u201d<\/p>\n

Later in the episode, which aired the day before Valentine\u2019s Day, Maher discussed a different kind of \u201cdick.\u201d The host argued<\/a> that what women \u201creally want\u201d is for men \u201cto grow up and start being men again,\u201d and he used Taylor Swift<\/a>\u2019s engagement<\/a> to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce as a prime example.<\/p>\n

\u201cTaylor Swift went from writing songs about what a dick this guy was to her, and what a dick this guy was to her, to what a dick this guy has,\u201d he said, an apparent reference to the pop star\u2019s song \u201cWood,\u201d widely believed to be about the football player\u2019s penis<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"BillBill Maher cited Taylor Swift’s engagement to Travis Kelce as evidence that women want men to “to grow up and start being men again.”<\/p>\n
