This marked O\u2019Flanagan\u2019s second ADCC Trials title, and he will get another crack at ADCC worlds after taking fourth in the last iteration in 2024.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Rida, who has trained at B-Team, Japan and Dubai in recent years, won gold at the over 99 kg division. He won six matches this past weekend, with three submission wins, including this highlight reel finish in the final.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">While 20 men have already received slots for ADCC 2026, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmamania.com\/bjj-news\/403851\/dorian-olivarez-achilles-rocha-win-gold-at-2025-adcc-east-coast-trials-secure-adcc-2026-invites\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">outdated ADCC rules<\/a> had this event become the first to have the female winners actually get an ADCC invite. Winning the first three invites for women are ADCC EMEA Trials winners Anabel Lopez, Injana Goodman, and Janette Glover.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Glover actually scored a major upset to win gold, as she submitted the surging Ana Mayordomo in the final.
