Hannah Wickstrom (UC Riverside) SOPHOMORE<\/p>\n<p>Best Performance \u2013 27 points, 13 rebounds and five assists in 39 minutes v UC Santa Barbara<\/p>\n<p>Hannah Wickstrom took over in the fourth quarter to lead the Highlanders home against the Gauchos.
