(ABC News: Jack Stevenson)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">Mr Noakes said cyclists and commuters had complained to him about the noise.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">&#8220;I haven&#8217;t observed anyone staying there recently.
