The reality star, 39, admitted that her anger and anxiety are getting worse, especially due to recent family drama<\/p>\n

The new episode of 1000-Lb. Sisters airs Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 9PM ET\/PT<\/p>\n

Tammy Slaton<\/a> is opening up about the state of her mental health.<\/p>\n

In PEOPLE\u2019s exclusive clip from the upcoming episode of 1000-Lb. Sisters<\/a>, the 39-year-old has a candid conversation with then-girlfriend Andrea Dalton<\/a>. Dalton admits that she\u2019s concerned about her recent outbursts.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow have you been feeling lately?\u201d she asks. \u201cBecause it just seems like you’ve been down and I hate seeing you like that because you don’t seem like yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Slaton \u2014 who has since gotten engaged<\/a> to Dalton \u2014 says that she\u2019s dealing with both anxiety and depression, but she\u2019s not sure why she\u2019s been experiencing such ups and downs with her mood.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have been noticing more and more lately that I’ve had hella mood swings,\u201d she explains in a confessional. \u201cLike really bad, trying to keep anger down and it’s just getting worse and worse.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI knew something was up when you didn’t want to go to New Orleans because you always want to go on the trips, you know?\u201d Dalton tells her.<\/p>\n

Amid ongoing tension with her siblings, Slaton opted out of her family vacation to New Orleans. In the clip, she says her anxiety will only get worse if she\u2019s around them.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just don\u2019t wanna be freaking hot. And my family does nothing but complain,\u201d she says. \u201cWhy would I want to deal with that? Nobody should have to deal with the b\u2014ing 24\/7. Not a goddamn person.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt gets on my nerves and then it starts making me shaky and I can only hold so much in,\u201d she adds.<\/p>\n

Despite her decision, Slaton admits that she thinks it\u2019s \u201cbulls\u2014\u201d that her family still decided to go on the trip without her.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don’t think it’s right,\u201d she said. \u201cLike me and [sister] Amanda didn’t want to go on it. So the trip should have been changed to something that everybody wanted to f\u2014ing do. But at the same time, I don’t give a f\u2014. I don\u2019t wanna be around family. I don\u2019t wanna be in a vehicle with them. Nothing.\u201d<\/p>\n
