It is architecture as immersion, luxury as connection<\/a>.<\/p>\n This is a home that honours the forest it inhabits, creating spaces where residents can experience the wilderness intimately while protected from the weather by the finest materials and craftsmanship.<\/p>\n The brief was to create an intensely private family sanctuary within a unique 3983sq m forest parcel.<\/p>\n Completed in late 2023, this four-bedroom property represents the unconstrained vision of Chris Gilbert \u2014 founder of Archier, a globally renowned architecture firm \u2014 highly awarded builder Merlin Constructions and the property\u2019s owners. These European materials create a luxurious counterpoint to the distinctly Tasmanian setting \u2014 a cosmopolitan sensibility grounded in wilderness.<\/p>\n The living area flows into a sunken kitchen, a striking space wrapped in Italian Signorino terrazzo and Navurban Ravenswood surfaces, equipped with ultra-premium appliances from Liebherr, AEG, and Asko. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
