Our readers are aware that Prabhas and Prasanth Varma were supposed to join hands for a mythological film. Prabhas was expected to play Bakasura in the movie, which was tentatively titled Baka.<\/p>\n
Mythri Movie Makers was set to bankroll the project. A test shoot with Prabhas reportedly took place a few months ago. However, it is now being rumored that the film may not be happening.<\/p>\n
Apparently, Prabhas did not feel comfortable after the shoot and is said to have declined the project.<\/p>\n
If this news turns out to be true, this would be the third film of Prasanth Varma after Hanu-Man to get shelved just before the shoot. Earlier, similar situations reportedly occurred with Ranveer Singh\u2019s Brahma Rakshasa and Nandamuri Mokshagna\u2019s debut film.<\/p>\n
Prasanth Varma\u2019s last directorial, Hanu-Man, was released on 12 January 2024. His next directorial is being launched after a gap of two years and one month.<\/p>\n
