The bout was widely viewed as a springboard to restore his momentum following his headline-grabbing win over Devin Haney (watch highlights<\/a>), a victory that was later overturned<\/a> and clouded in controversy.<\/p>\n Now, with critics questioning his focus and mindset, Garcia insists he has recommitted himself to the sport.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve learned so much from all of the other camps I\u2019ve had, and I\u2019ve really rededicated myself to being on point as I can \u2014 from diet, to discipline, to anything I need to sacrifice every step of the way,\u201d Garcia told Fight Hub TV recently. \u201cYou\u2019re going to see me the sharpest that I\u2019ve ever been\u2026Barrios isn\u2019t going to expect my punches coming from everywhere and won\u2019t be able to handle my speed.\u201d<\/p>\n Outside the ring, Garcia has dealt with turbulence over the last two years<\/a>, including legal issues and controversial social media outbursts<\/a> that damaged his public image. I needed to learn all of those lessons before I became a real champion.
