ESPN NFL analyst Dan Graziano had an interesting idea for a trade between the Dallas Cowboys<\/a> and Las Vegas Raiders<\/a>, involving Maxx Crosby and George Pickens.<\/p>\n

Graz suggests that the Raiders get: WR George Pickens, 2026 first-round pick (No. 20 overall), and the Cowboys would get: Maxx Crosby, 2026 second-round pick (No. 36 overall).<\/p>\n

“The Cowboys likely aren’t going to fork over a long-term, top-of-market deal for Pickens, and franchise-tagging him could cause more problems than it solves (as it did last year with edge rusher Micah Parsons),” he said.<\/p>\n

“They get back Crosby, who will make around $30 million per year for the next two years and would replace Parsons. Then, Dallas could look elsewhere for its No. 2 wide receiver,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s kind of wild to think about; however, it may not be a bad idea. The Cowboys need help on defense, and the Raiders could use an offensive weapon.<\/p>\n

But the Raiders have already said they have no interest in parting with Crosby, and Crosby hasn\u2019t indicated he wants to be traded yet either.<\/p>\n

Pickens had a resurgence with the Cowboys and seems to want to stay. The Cowboys also haven\u2019t expressed a desire to trade him, which is why they slapped the franchise tag on him.<\/p>\n

Still\u2026you can never say never.<\/p>\n
