Manchester United could reportedly sell winger Jadon Sancho, who is attracting interest due to the nature of his contract situation at Old Trafford.<\/p>\n

Manchester United<\/a> forward Jadon Sancho<\/a> has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Inter Milan<\/a> in their search for an attacker.<\/p>\n

The Red Devils will play their final pre-season friendly on August 9 against\u00a0Fiorentina, with their first Premier League game to take place on August 17 against Arsenal.<\/p>\n

Boss Ruben Amorim<\/a> could be boosted ahead of the start of 2025-26 given his side appear to have won the race for RB Leipzig<\/a> striker Benjamin Sesko<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Should the Portuguese boss secure Sesko, it would not be surprising if the club looked to generate funds for further transfers through sales of unwanted stars.<\/p>\n

Gazzetta<\/a> report that Inter are seriously considering making an approach to the Red Devils for Sancho, who has a year left on his contract and could cost less than \u00a322m, but also add that the Serie A side may re-enter the race for Atalanta forward\u00a0Ademola Lookman<\/a>.<\/p>\n

United’s transfer expenditure is likely to be close to \u00a3200m this summer once they sign Sesko from Leipzig, but it is not clear if they would be able to conduct more business.<\/p>\n

Amorim’s side failed to qualify for Europe in 2024-25, and co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has implemented a number of unpopular cost-cutting measures.<\/p>\n

The Red Devils have still managed to revamp their forward line having already signed Matheus Cunha<\/a> and Bryan Mbeumo<\/a>, but failure to sign a midfielder could be risky considering Casemiro<\/a> and Manuel Ugarte<\/a> have struggled.<\/p>\n

Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Carlos Baleba was linked to the club on Wednesday<\/a>, though it remains to be seen if they can afford to bring the 21-year-old to Old Trafford.<\/p>\n

Perhaps Amad Diallo<\/a> could be regularly rotated into the forward line, especially as it would be hard to justify signing yet another forward ahead of reinforcing in other areas of the pitch.<\/p>\n
