Kris Jenner<\/a> says Ray J<\/a> has been making her daughter Kim Kardashian<\/a>\u2019s life hell for the past two decades \u2014 and now she wants him held accountable, TMZ has learned.<\/p>\n

The famous momager filed a declaration in her ongoing defamation case against Ray J, detailing her feelings about him. Kris claims she sued her daughter\u2019s ex-boyfriend after he made \u201coutrageous and untrue\u201d allegations that Kris and Kim were being investigated<\/a> by the Feds.<\/p>\n

Kris said she has never been accused or charged with a crime. \u201cTo say that my daughter and I are being pursued for doing something worse than Sean “Diddy” Combs<\/a>, is a horrific lie,\u201d Kris writes in the declaration.<\/p>\n

In her filing, Kris said Kim was with Ray J for a short period of time … saying \u201c[o]ver the past two decades, I have had to watch [Ray J] publicly terrorize my daughter by continually talking, and lying, about her in the press to try and keep himself relevant.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kris said whenever Ray J talks about her family, it causes a \u201cwave of attention” … adding that it is “extremely difficult to watch my daughter endure this cycle of scrutiny brought on by [Ray J].” She said Ray J\u2019s recent statements \u201cgo too far\u201d and caused her \u201csignificant emotional distress.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMy family is of the utmost importance to me. It is deeply painful to watch my daughter experience the stress brought upon her by [Ray J], and her feelings of hopelessness and his harassment will never end.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kris said his allegations affected her too, saying she is “deeply angered, insulted and shaken by the accusations.\u201d She claims she fears Ray J\u2019s remarks will cause harm to her business, which she has worked decades to build.<\/p>\n

In her declaration, Kris explained she has never sued anyone for defamation, but she decided to sue Ray J because his statements were \u201cinexcusable and deeply painful.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kris said, \u201cI took this step because I could no longer bear [Ray J\u2019s] campaign of harassment against my daughter and my family or to watch my daughter cry again over the lies he\u2019s painted about us.\u201d<\/p>\n
