However, ESPN still obtained a copy, still noting both the NFL and NFLPA declined to comment.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The article states it\u2019s the first time the Steelers have ranked worst in the NFL in the report card\u2019s four-year history, but the franchise has <a href=\"https:\/\/nflpa.com\/report-cards\/2025\/pittsburgh-steelers\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:ranked poorly in past seasons;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">ranked poorly in past seasons<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Per the report, the Steelers ranked last in the NFL when it came to \u201cwillingness to invest in facilities,\u201d as well as home field quality and strength coaches. Pittsburgh\u2019s field was seen as the worst \u201cby a wide margin.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The Steelers\u2019 locker room was also graded as an \u201cF,\u201d with players reporting it only has five bathroom stalls.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">However, the Steelers\u2019 training staff reportedly ranked first in the NFL.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Per ESPN, this season\u2019s survey was conducted in late 2025, with results from 1,759 players. It\u2019s important to note that although the Steelers\u2019 ownership remains the same entering the 2026 season, the team has since revamped most of its coaching and training staff after Mike Tomlin stepped down.
