Wonderful though the cricket ground in Corfu undoubtedly is, I\u00a0am surprised that Preston\u2019s fellow Taverner, Andy Caddick of Somerset and England, didn\u2019t let him know that Bath also enjoys a cricket pitch within a Unesco world heritage site (and possibly two if you include the Rec), while the ground at Galle, Sri Lanka, where <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/sport\/2012\/mar\/14\/the-spin-england-sri-lanka-2001\" data-link-name=\"in body link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Caddick played a Test in 2001<\/a>, adjacent to the Fort, is mighty close.<br \/>David Dudding<br \/>London<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\"> Greenwich Park is also a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/unesco\" data-link-name=\"in body link\" data-component=\"auto-linked-tag\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Unesco<\/a> world heritage site and has a cricket field in the south-west corner.<br \/>Alan Burkitt-Gray <br \/>London <\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\"> Have an opinion on anything you\u2019ve read in the Guardian today?
