Building costs are said to be around $7m.<\/p>\n Nicknamed \u2018Fort Guy\u2019 by locals, the massive estate has been at the centre of a battle with his neighbour in the area for several years.<\/p>\n Various claims have allegedly passed between singer Sebastian and his immediate neighbour Phillip Hanslow since 2017, of which some have ended up in court.<\/p>\n His home sits on 1400 sqm, while Hanslow has a 325 sqm block.<\/p>\n \u201cWe didn\u2019t grow up in houses like this,\u201d Sebastian has said of the home.<\/p>\n \u201cEvery day, we (he and wife Jules) look at each other and say, \u2018Why is this us?\u2019<\/p>\n \u201cBut there is beauty in feeling like an alien in your own space. You never fail to appreciate it.\u201d<\/p>\n Sebastian\u2019s property took nearly three years to build. Picture: Monique Harmer<\/p>\n The property previously had a much smaller home on site, which was knocked down to make way for Sebastian\u2019s \u201cdream home\u201d.<\/p>\n It seems his neighbour doesn\u2019t share the same appreciation.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s (Sebastian) paranoid about security and has a large security camera outside so anywhere I go outside on the property, he can see,\u201d Mr Hanslow has claimed.<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re going to have to sell.
