Patrick Habirora will put his unbeaten record on the line in the main event at PFL Brussels this May against his most skilled opponent yet. <\/p>\n

Habirora remains one of the elite European talents not currently signed with the UFC and has rapidly become a face of the PFL particularly in Europe. The ferocious Belgian is undefeated through eight professional bouts with seven knockouts and one decision win. 2025 was a dream debut year in the PFL for the Belgian striking phenom. In July he headlined the PFL Europe<\/a> event in his home nation against experienced UFC veteran Danny Roberts. The Englishman suffered a brutal first round TKO loss against the rising star in a bouncing ING Arena in Brussels. <\/p>\n

Months later he ventured to enemy territory to take on another ex UFC fighter at PFL Lyon. His opponent was Kevin Jousset training out of infamous City Kickboxing<\/a> Gym and coming in to make his PFL debut in his home nation of France. He suffered the same fate as Danny Roberts as Habirora tore through him within the first round. Now another former UFC fighter will stand across the cage in May however his credentials are far greater than anything Patrick Habirora has seen before. <\/p>\n

Patrick Habirora vs Benson Henderson<\/p>\n

Former UFC Lightweight champion Benson Henderson<\/a> will make his MMA return at PFL Brussels in May against the hot prospect Habirora. The 42 year old reigned over the UFC lightweight division from February 2012 until August 2013 and secured there title defences in that window before ultimately losing the belt to Anthony Pettis<\/a> at UFC 164. <\/p>\n

Henderson left the UFC in 2015 after fighting out his contract and he joined Bellator<\/a> in early 2016. The move was not as fruitful as his UFC tenure as his record in Bellator finished at 7-7 with his final defat coming at the hands of Usman Nurmagomedov<\/a>. Since then Henderson has continued to compete in a mixture of combat sports from wrestling to karate most recently at RAF O6<\/a> this weekend. <\/p>\n

However, he will be needed all his skills and experience in Brussels this May if he is to upset \u201cThe Belgian Bomber\u201d.<\/p>\n
