Where did she go?\u201d Carey responded, before being informed of more details.\u00a0\u201cShe\u2019s like floating in the\u2026 and this is true? Wow. All right, Katy\u2026 I\u2019m not mad at her, that\u2019s pretty amazing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Related Video<\/p>\n<p>When Breakfast Show host Scott Mills repeated his question about whether she would like to go to space, Carey answered, \u201cI think I\u2019ve done enough\u201d with a hilarious deadpan and huge smile.<\/p>\n<p>Following Perry\u2019s Blue Origin flight in April, she was <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2025\/04\/wendys-lame-apology-katy-perry-blue-origin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">widely mocked<\/a> for reportedly singing Louis Armstrong\u2019s \u201cWhat a Wonderful World\u201d while in space and then claiming it was an opportunity for the country to \u201csee the unity that we modeled and replicate that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In fact, the backlash was so intense that Perry felt compelled to address it in a <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2025\/04\/katy-perry-unhinged-unhealed-haters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">lengthy Instagram comment<\/a>, calling out her \u201cunhinged and unhealed\u201d haters.<\/p>\n<p>All of that noise apparently never made it to Mariah Carey.
