After fending off multimillion-dollar offers for decades, a Queensland builder\u2019s medieval turreted castle is up for sale \u2013 with potential for the 4ha site to hold more than 100 homes.<\/p>\n
Brian Rumble, now in his mid-80s, rejected offers over $2.5 million for decades to preserve his stone-by-stone passion project but has now listed it for auction in Greater Brisbane region\u2019s sizzling southern growth corridor under Logan City Council.<\/p>\n
