It eventually dropped to $US17.9 million ($A25.5 million) in August 2025 before the final $US14 million ($A21.5 million) deal was reached this week.<\/p>\n Listing agent Adam Modlin confirmed the sale but declined to identify the buyer, according to Realtor<\/a>. <\/p>\n The limestone townhouse is famous for its \u201clavish\u201d 1980s aesthetic. Interiors are packed with gold accents and animal print.<\/p>\n While the home boasts many luxurious amenities, there is one key feature missing. The home has no full kitchen. <\/p>\n Ivana reportedly stopped using one as she got older and preferred two small galley-style cooking spaces instead.<\/p>\n The socialite moved to the property just two years after her marriage to Trump ended after 15 years. She originally paid $US2.5 million for the property.<\/p>\n Her son Eric Trump previously described the home as the \u201cperfect embodiment\u201d of his mother.<\/p>\n \u201cMy mum absolutely loved that house,\u201d he told The Wall Street Journal<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was the last possession in the world she would ever have gotten rid of.\u201d<\/p>\n Ivana\u2019s three children, Don Jr, Eric, and Ivanka, inherited almost all of their mother\u2019s assets. <\/p>\n Eric served as the executor of the estate.
