\u201cDeadliest Catch\u201d star Todd Meadows\u2019 mom, Angela Meadows, has issued a tragic plea to the show\u2019s producers, asking them not to show any footage of her son\u2019s fatal accident<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t want to see any footage from the accident and do not want Discovery to air any of that footage or make money off of our son\u2019s death. We hope they only air good things of Todd on that boat,\u201d Angela told TMZ Wednesday<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The late reality star\u2019s mom also revealed that she has asked for footage of Todd doing what he loved \u2014 crabbing \u2014 so they can \u201chave the videos for memories.\u201d<\/p>\n

Angela\u2019s request comes shortly after other members of the Meadows family<\/a> spoke out on Todd\u2019s shocking passing earlier this week.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo words put together can even describe the pain we\u2019re going through and will continue to,\u201d Todd\u2019s sister, Mackenzie, told Us Weekly on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cHis boys will see him through pictures, and we will see him through his boys.\u201d<\/p>\n

That same day, Todd\u2019s father, Lucas Meadows, shared with Alaska\u2019s News Source that his son \u201cgot involved with fishing with me probably from the time he was 3. It\u2019s been a passion of his, his whole life.\u201d<\/p>\n

His parents told the outlet that Todd worked for a charter fishing boat in northern Washington for several years before leaving for the Aleutian Lady.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe had a smile on his face the whole time,\u201d Lucas recalled. \u201cGood day, bad day, didn\u2019t matter. He always had a smile. He loved to fish and loved to watch other people fish.\u201d<\/p>\n

Todd died at age 25 on Feb. 25 after he fell overboard while crabbing approximately 170 miles north of Dutch Harbor, the US Coast Guard confirmed to Page Six<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While Todd\u2019s body was recovered by the crew after 10 minutes of being in the water, he was unresponsive and the crew\u2019s attempts to administer first aid and resuscitate him were to no avail.<\/p>\n

The crew was filming the Discovery Channel reality fishing show at the time of the sad accident. <\/p>\n

The US Coast Guard previously confirmed that Todd (seen above laying next to piles of fish) died after he had fallen overboard while crabbing. GoFundMe<\/p>\n

Captain\u00a0Rick Shelford first announced the deckhand\u2019s death in\u00a0a heartbreaking Facebook post<\/a>\u00a0over the weekend, describing it as \u201cthe most tragic day in the history of the Aleutian Lady on the Bering Sea.\u201d<\/p>\n

In light of his death, Todd\u2019s friends and family have created a\u00a0GoFundMe<\/a>\u00a0to support his three boys.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want his memory to be a good memory everywhere,\u201d Angela explained. \u201cIt never mattered what anybody had to say about him, good or bad. He wasn\u2019t out there to make friends. He wasn\u2019t out there to click with people.
