1000-Lb Sisters<\/a> star Tammy Slaton has lost more than an incredible\ufeff 225 kilograms.<\/p>\n

While she’s been met with bounds of support, the 39-year-old took to TikTok to clap back at one fan who asked about, and criticised her for drinking soda while on her weight loss journey.<\/p>\n

“Everybody is different, I’m not supposed to drink the sodas as much,” Tammy began.<\/p>\n

“In moderation, you can drink or eat whatever you want. I drink a lot of water and I drink a lot of sodas.<\/p>\n

“I’m still three, four years post-op so everything \ufeffI’m doing is not fine but it’s OK.<\/p>\n

“Because I’m still continuing on my diet, and I’m still continuing to lose weight and I’m still hitting goals.”<\/p>\n

One fan was proud of how grounded Tammy’s reply \ufeffto the comment was.<\/p>\n

“I’m so impressed with your response. A couple of years ago you would’ve been defensive and angry,” they said.<\/p>\n

Tammy and her sister Amy Slaton became household names after finding fame on their TV series 1000-Lb Sisters when it premiered in 2020.<\/p>\n

At the start of their journey in 2020 the sisters had a combined total weight of a little over 1000 pounds (453.5kg).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Over five years, viewers have been along for the ride as the sisters battled to change their lives and have witnessed marriages, births, divorces and deaths.<\/p>\n

In the last year, Tammy has left fans \ufeffin awe as she kicked some major weight loss goals.<\/p>\n

The star has lost more than \ufeff226 kgs and was approved for skin removal surgery to resolve the loose skin that remained after her impressive weight loss.<\/p>\n

In recent months, Tammy has made her \ufeffrelationship with fianc\u00e9e Andrea public. She recently confirmed they were engaged<\/a> after “almost three years” of dating.<\/p>\n
