Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is back in Las Vegas, Nevada, later TONIGHT (Sat., March 7, 2026) to stage UFC 326<\/a> from inside T-Mobile Arena. The Paramount+<\/a>-streamed event will feature a \u201cBMF<\/a>\u201d title fight between Max Holloway vs. Charles Oliveira<\/a>. In the co-main event, Caio Borralho will face off against Reinier de Ridder in a pivotal Middleweight showdown<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Holloway is one of the most exciting and entertaining fighters in the history of mixed martial arts (MMA). And within UFC circles, he is without question one of the company\u2019s most bankable competitors. Indeed, \u201cBlessed\u201d always puts it on the line, unafraid to stand-and-bang<\/a> \u2014 his trademark stance of pointing to the ground<\/a> is often duplicated, but never replicated<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After three losses to Alexander Volkanovski, many wrote off Holloway, assuming he\u2019d never reach the top again<\/a>. Since his last defeat to \u201cThe Great,\u201d the proud Hawaiian has racked up a record to 4-1 with his lone loss coming to Ilia Topuria in a Featherweight title fight (see it again here<\/a>). He also won the \u201cBMF\u201d title thanks to a spectacular last-second knockout win over Justin Gaethje (highlights<\/a>) and then defended it against Dustin Poirier. Now, \u201cBlessed\u201d is out to prove his 155-pound worth, once again taking on Oliveira, a former division champion and perennial contender. Holloway already defeated \u201cDo Bronx\u201d more than one decade ago, though it was a result of a freak injury<\/a>. Now, Holloway wants a more convincing win against the former Lightweight champion, who is also hunting another crack at the title<\/a> moving forward.<\/p>\n

Speaking of Oliveira, after a streak that saw him win 11 straight fights over the span of four years and win the 155-pound title in 2021 before being stripped of the belt<\/a> one year later because of a controversial scale fail (details here<\/a>), \u201cDo Bronx\u201d has been inconsistent when it comes to registering victories. Indeed, he is just 3-3 since 2022, though his three defeats have come against the cream of the crop (Islam Makhachev, Arman Tsarukyan and Ilia Topuria). He is coming off a big submission win<\/a> over Mateusz Gamrot, so he has that going for him as he goes into his rematch against \u201cBlessed.\u201d This one has the makings of an all-time classic since both men have an extensive highlight-reel collection<\/a> that is the envy of many, and they both are looking to stake their title shot claims. If combat sports fans had their way, this fight would go the entire 25 minutes since the first fight ended in antic-climactic (and frightening<\/a>) fashion early in round one (see it again here<\/a>). Then again, since they both leave it all in the cage and get to work right away, this one could end early once again.<\/p>\n

Honestly, the rest of Paramount+ main card<\/a> doesn\u2019t impress me all that much. Since abandoning the pay-per-view (PPV) model<\/a>, UFC\u2019s cards haven\u2019t exactly been that stacked \u2026 and this one is no different. But, that was to be expected now that fight cards don\u2019t cost $79.99.<\/p>\n

Paulo Costa was set to face Brunno Ferreira before he withdrew for undisclosed reasons<\/a> and was replaced<\/a> by Gregory Rodrigues. The two previously met at UFC 283<\/a>, which saw Ferreira defeat Rodrigues via first round knockout<\/a>. Ferreira is currently on a three-fight win streak, while Rodrigues has won his last two. Also, Brian Ortega was set to face Renato Moicano once again before the bout was canceled after \u201cT-City\u201d bowed out<\/a> with an injury. Gaston Bolanos vs. Jeong Yeong Lee were set to battle in Featherweight action before the fight was scrapped last-minute<\/a> after Lee came in heavy for the fight during UFC 326\u2019s official weigh ins<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After turning professional just 2.5 years ago, Luke Fernandez impressed enough to get a shot on Contender Series<\/a>, winning that fight against Rafael Pergentino via 15-second knockout. Now, he is set to make his official UFC debut against Rodolfo Bellato, who has one of the oddest records inside the Octagon at 1-1-1-1. Of his five wins, Fernandez has won them by knockout, so he could very well be head-hunting from the opening bell.<\/p>\n

Rafael Tobias will also make his Octagon debut fresh off a win on Contender Series<\/a>. Currently on a six-fight win streak, he will battle the slumping Diyar Nurgozhay, who has lost two straight fights under UFC\u2019s banner and has yet to win a fight win the promotion.<\/p>\n

Alberto Montes will make his UFC debut opposite Ricky Turcios in Featherweight action. Montes has competed in several promotions, including Combate Americas, Combat Global and Titan FC. After impressing on Contender Series<\/a> and winning his last three fights, he is now ready for his time in the big show. As for Turcios, he is on a two-fight losing streak and is in desperate need of a win against a newcomer. If Turcios loses here, he could very well get his walking papers.<\/p>\n

How The \u2018Prelims\u2019 Look:<\/p>\n

Cody Garbrandt will return to action after nine months away to face off against Long Xiao in a Bantamweight affair. Garbrandt is on a two-fight losing streak and hasn\u2019t tasted victory since late 2023. The former 135-pound champion has been unable to get back to his early glory days<\/a>, so he needs a win here to remain somewhat relevant. Against Xiao, he will battle an up-and-coming contender who has struggled so far in his UFC career, racking up a record of 1-2.<\/p>\n

In Flyweight action, Sumudaerji will attempt to secure his first three-fight win streak inside the Octagon when he battles Jesus Aguilar, who has quietly gone 4-2 with the promotion since making his UFC debut back in Feb. 2023, a submission loss to current No. 1 contender, Tatsuro Taira (watch highlights<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Donte Johnson impressed in his UFC debut, defeating Sedriques Dumas via submission<\/a> bacj in Nov. 2025, improving his record to 7-0. He will look to remain undefeated when he battles Cody Brundage, who is winless in his last three fights.<\/p>\n

Cody Durden needs a win pretty badly here because he has lost three straight and five of his last six with his most recent defeat coming at the hands of Allan Nascimento via submission back in Nov. 2025. He will attempt to turn things around for himself hen he battles Nyamjargal Tumendemberel, who is coming off a submission win over Terrance Saeteurn at the Road to UFC Season 4: Shanghai Semifinals 2. If Durden doesn\u2019t get a win here, it could be his last fight for the promotion.<\/p>\n

Borralho\u2019s run toward a title shot was halted after losing a unanimous decision at the hands of Nassourdine Imavov back in Sept. 2025, snapping his 17-fight unbeaten streak in the process. \u201cThe Natural\u201d will attempt to return to the win column when he battles another top contender who had his own title fight hopes dashed at the hands of Brendan Allen, snapping his five-fight win streak. Prior to that underwhelming performance,<\/a> \u201cThe Dutch Knight\u201d had scored some very impressive wins against Gerald Meerschaert, Kevin Holland, Bo Nickal and Robert Whittaker. Currently ranked No. 8<\/a>, de Ridder is hoping for a better outing<\/a> this time around in an attempt to crack the Top 5<\/a>. Borralho also has the same goal in mind, so this should make for a competitive scrap.<\/p>\n

Since suffering his first loss inside the Octagon at the hands of Christian Rodriguez in April 2023, Raul Rosas Jr. has gone on to win four in a row. It\u2019s been aone year since he last stepped foot inside the Octagon and he is hoping to build off his momentum of his last win over Vince Morales. Standing in his way next<\/a> is long-time UFC veteran, Rob Font, who is coming off a loss to David Martinez. A win for Rosas Jr. can likely put him into the Top 15<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Drew Dober secured a much-needed win in his last outing, defeating Kyle Prepolec via third round technical knockout<\/a>. Prior to that, he had dropped three in a row and four of his last five. He will take on another long-time UFC veteran<\/a> in Michael Johnson, who has really turned it around for himself over the last few years by winning three in a row. If he can secure his fourth straight, it will go a long way into getting him back into the Top 15<\/a>.<\/p>\n
